2 Email Services That Aren’t MailChimp!

MailChimp Alternatives, are there any good ones?  I get asked that a lot.  Not to pick on MailChimp which is  a very good service, which is why it’s become ubiquitous in the world of email subscriptions and newsletters.  In my book I go into this in a bit more detail, but here’s the gist and you can check them out for yourselves.

  1.  MailJet – MailJet is a great MailChimp alternative.  It integrates with a plugin into WordPress to collect your subscribers, as well as has hooks for over 50 different ecommerce, content management systems, and other services like your CRM or sales software.  They have a FREE service that allows you to send up to 6,000 emails per month at 500 per day.  So if you don’t have a huge list or are just getting started, MailJet is a great alternative.  In addition, there larger packages are very reasonably priced at
  2. Mail Relay – this one is really cool if you already have a mailing list or are planning on building one in the grey area of relative email lists – meaning they didn’t sign up, maybe like a list of fellow Chamber of Commerce members.
